This was the first time that I had ordered something through this website and overall it has been an excellent experience. I checked a few online services for delivery to Bangalore and this guys had some advantages namely (1) -The credit card payment was being handled by paypal (safe and reliable) instead of some unknown third party payment processors (2)- Their customer reviews are handled by Trustpilot ( Independent agency, which allows only verified customers to post reviews), unlike some of the other sites stuffed with fake reviews. Now, regarding the actual order process - the website navigation is intuitive and they called our phone-number in US to acknowledge the receipt of the order. The delivery guy was courteous and the items in the gift hamper was fresh. The only thing missing from the smooth process is the lack of an email acknowledgment once the delivery is completed. I have seen this issue mentioned in some of the other reviews too. Other than this minor annoyance, overall it was a good customer experience. Will definitely use their services in the future.
