Pros & Cons

Pros - Speedy service. I placed an order at 8am IST and the order was delivered at 3pm IST the same day. - Got a phone call from the company as soon as I placed an order confirming my order so I thought the Customer Service was superb. - Cake was fresh and of good quality Con - The cake that was delivered looked quite a bit different to the cake that was ordered.. but I suppose they do state that on the website so I was prepared for it. Given the timeframe they had between me placing the order and them delivering the order I thought they did well. I would definitely use them again... and reccomend them.

It was very easy to place order and pay from my place of residence. Thank you for simplifying the process and PayPal option. Also appreciate the reminder email which came in a few days back.
