I like their services!

Ordering interface could be improved. There definitely could be more options of gifts like furniture pieces it gifts cards to local restaurants and stores in the cities something like groupon. I have used your service many times and I am happy with it. There were a few times when the gifts were broken or not delivered as features but once I got it touch with customer service they fixed the issues and resent the items. So happy with their service so far! Will sure use it again!
