This Company keeps their Promise

I have always used this website to order special gifts for my friends and family. This time I had placed three orders out of which two orders were for Pune and were well delivered on time and the product was well appreciated by my family. The third product was not delivered on time and so I sent an email to the company who promptly responded to me in less than 30 minutes. They explained the situation to me and guaranteed that the product would be delivered in a day or two. I did not believe them but the next day my family member in India called me to inform me that they had indeed received the product and it was fresh and delicious.

So, now I am convinced that this company keeps its promise and will do what is necessary to gain our trust and ultimately our business. Good job!
