I have. been using gifts to India 24x7 for several years now. I am very happy with the service they provide. I like the fact that they send you a reminder around the time that you have sent gifts to your loved ones in previous years. Also they will call you immediately and confirm that they received your order. The reason I held back one star is because I feel they could offer some more choices and also the fact that this last time I sent a gift which included a voucher, they didn't inform me about the fact that the voucher I sent will not be delivered at the same time as the other gifts. I think they should increase the offers in the individual gifts category. Overall I'm very happy with their service. Thank you!
