The website was easy to navigate, and offered several great gift options. I by mistake chose an item from 'Midnight Delivery' though I had intended a regular day delivery.
The customer service team promptly called me to point out my mistake and generously offered to add a Box of Chocolates to compensate for the difference in amount.
The gifts were promptly delivered and were of good quality. Overall a great experience !!
