Good Customer Service

I liked their customer service - they confirmed receipt of order and the delivery which is much appreciated more so when you're in different countries.

The flowers were fresh and looked beautiful, however it wasn't arrange properly as per the photo arrangement - the basket base didn't have proper support so kept tilting and the flowers were falling off. Please next time place a wet sponge at the hollow base of the basket so it will sit properly and the stems can be fixed properly.
