GiftstoIndia Order processing and delivery was fine. But they forgot to add the note that I had added to the order. The note was very important but they missed it. The recipient was completely lost from whom it was sent. But the company called me back. Not only did they apologized for their mistake, but also offered a) to send some items as replacement now with no additional cost and b) Future discount on my orders with them. Great customer care.
