I was pleasantly surprised at the immediate acknowledgement call I received after placing the order. This was the first time I tried this website - have been a loyal customer of a competing provider for years now. The delivery was on time. I believe the gift was good quality too based on the feedback I got. Only thing is they forgot to include my note. Despite that, I'll be back using this service again.
