When I called to inform your agency that the above referenced order was not delivered properly, i.e., only half of the order was delivered, I was not looking for a replacement. As a loyal customer, I simply wanted to inform you that the order was not delivered. The lady agent with whom I first spoke to on the phone was very kind and professional.. Although the 25 day limit for informing you about the mishandling of the order had passed, your staff (please see below) took the time to find out why the order was not delivered. They informed me that the order was delivered, but to a wrong flat number in the same building in Mulund-Mumbai (the
fault of the delivery person). They then proceeded to send a
replacement and as per the-mail that I received today, the replacement order was delivered on the 19th. This is the best service that I have come across to send gifts to my loved ones in India. The prices are reasonable and the service is outstanding. Thank you very much.
