I use GiftstoIndia24x7 4-5 times in a year and each time I am delighted by their services. The products ( Cakes, Flowers ) delivered by them are always fresh.

Overall smooth and speedy workflow. More automation of processes would help. For the simple purchase of an e-voucher, the necessity of human interaction could have been avoided altogether, and would have made the service even faster. Otherwise, good service.

I had ordered for a Totally Extravagant hamper for my mother-in-law, which meant that she was to receive a blue vase with blue orchids. I received a message to say that white orchids were delivered instead of blue , culturally this came as a big shock as we normally give white flowers as a symbolic gesture for funerals, bereavements and deaths. I expressed my disappointment to GiftstoIndia24X7 and they were very empathetic of my situation. They sent out another lot of fresh orchids in purple as a gesture of apology on the same day . This certainly made my day and that of my mother-in-law. The time frame and turn around were excellent , despite the Mumbai traffic and other logistic issues. I have experienced excellent customer service from them and would certainly recommend this website to friends and family. Have been using them for the past 10 years; always reliable and efficient.

On time delivery - perfect service even to remote locations. Many sources even available inside India rejected delivery while GTI24X7 happily accepted and delivered on time.

I'm giving 5 STARS for the quick on time as depicted delivery! (One request: I ordered a flower bouquet, chocolates & Teddy bear for my daughter's birthday. All were separately delivered while I anticipated all to be packed together.)

My parents said the cake was tasty! I just wasn't too happy with the font style of writing on the cake and also the color used could have been more bright!! Otherwise it was very quick to place the order, delivery was done on time and I appreciate that phone call from local number who confirmed everything!!!

I had ordered flowers and cake for my fiance on valentine's day and they were delivered on the same day, even though i placed the order after the cut off time. We are really impressed by your services, especially the delivery guy. He actually ended up at a wrong address at first, which was far from the real address, but he still tried hard and delivered the stuff. We would definitely recommend this website to everyone.
