Kunal Vijayakar is a food writer, author and television personality. A whole generation have watched him eat his way into the hearts of hundreds and thousands of Indians. Kunal is very successful doing television shows and has a constant place in a few channels like CNN-IBN and Times Now. He is currently doing a travel cum food show, named as The Foodie, in which he goes to the length and breadth of the country and tastes the food special in that region. He also does a mockery show, The Week That Wasn't, accompanied by the famous comedian Cyrus Broacha that is aired on CNN-IBN. The show was enjoyed by everyone and recently, in the year 2015, it completed 450 episodes. In the year 2011, Kunal took another avatar as a columnist, by writing the article Funda mental, every fortnight on the Week Magazine. Another feather added to his cap, is the book he has penned recently about food, called as ‘Made in India.'
