What is Bihu Dance?
The Bihu Dance is a part of the Assamese culture and is mostly done on Bohag Bihu time. It is a folk dance performed by a group of young men and women. Wearing colourful attire by both man and woman, the man tries to impress the woman with their words through a song and the woman rejoices the music by brisk step and rapid hand movement.
